Bu ila\u00e7lar aras\u0131nda antibiyotikler, anti-enflamatuarlar, hormon tedavisi ve antioksidanlar bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Varikosel ameliyat\u0131:<\/strong> Varikosele ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak geli\u015fen meni azl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda varikosel ameliyat\u0131 (varikoselektomi) sperm parametrelerini iyile\u015ftirmeye katk\u0131da bulunur. Bu test, erke\u011fin menisinin de\u011ferlendirilerek sperm say\u0131s\u0131, hareketlilik ve morfoloji a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan incelenmesidir. Normalde semen \u00f6rne\u011fi 4-5 g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle cinsel perhiz yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra verilir. Test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sperm say\u0131s\u0131 sperm azl\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret edebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fizik muayene:<\/strong> \u00dcroloji uzman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan fizik muayene, varikosel veya di\u011fer fiziksel anormalliklerin tespit edilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir. Bu durumlar sperm azl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilecek fakt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hormon testleri:<\/strong> Testosteron, luteinize edici hormon (LH) ve folik\u00fcl uyar\u0131c\u0131 hormon (FSH) gibi hormonlar\u0131n seviyeleri, sperm \u00fcretimi ile ili\u015fkilidir. Hormon testleri, sperm azl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hormonal dengesizliklerden kaynaklan\u0131p kaynaklanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Genetik testler:<\/strong> Kromozom anormallikleri ve genetik bozukluklar sperm \u00fcretimini azaltabilir veya engelleyebilir. Genetik testler, sperm azl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n genetik nedenlerle ilgili olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Oligoastenoteratospermi_ve_Tup_Bebek_Tedavisi\"><\/span>Oligoastenoteratospermi ve T\u00fcp Bebek Tedavisi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Oligoastenoteratospermi, yani sperm azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (\u015fiddetliyse sperm say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 5 milyon \/ml alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131) \u00e7iftlerin do\u011fal yollarla \u00e7ocuk sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemektedir. T\u00fcp bebek tedavisi (IVF), oligoastenoteratospermi gibi erkek fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc infertilite durumlar\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla ba\u015fvurulan bir y\u00f6ntemdir. Oligoastenoteratospermi durumunda t\u00fcp bebek tedavisi uygulan\u0131rken yayg\u0131n olarak intrasitoplazmik sperm enjeksiyonu (ICSI) ad\u0131 verilen bir teknik kullan\u0131l\u0131r.ICSI y\u00f6ntemi, en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve hareketli spermin direkt olarak yumurtan\u0131n i\u00e7ine enjekte edilerek d\u00f6llenme \u015fans\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu teknik, erkek fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc infertilite durumlar\u0131nda daha y\u00fcksek ba\u015far\u0131 oranlar\u0131 sunar.
