Sperm analizi, 4-5 g\u00fcn aras\u0131ndaki cinsel perhizden sonra yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Spermiogram_Testi_Normal_Degerleri_Nedir\"><\/span>Spermiogram Testi Normal De\u011ferleri Nedir?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Spermiogram testi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (WHO) belirledi\u011fi normal de\u011ferlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Spermiogram testi de\u011ferleri;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sperm Say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong>: Normal bir spermiogramda mililitre ba\u015f\u0131na 15 milyon sperm veya daha fazla olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toplam Sperm Say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong>: Normal bir ejakulatta toplam sperm say\u0131s\u0131 39 milyon veya daha fazla olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sperm Hareketlili\u011fi (Motilite)<\/strong>: Spermlerin en az %40\u2019\u0131n\u0131n hareketli olmas\u0131 ve bu hareketli spermlerin en az %32\u2019sinin ileri do\u011fru h\u0131zl\u0131 hareketli olmas\u0131 beklenir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sperm Morfolojisi<\/strong>: Normal \u015fekilli sperm oran\u0131n\u0131n en az %4 olmas\u0131 beklenir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Semen (Meni) Hacmi<\/strong>: Normal bir ejakulatta, semen hacmi 1.5 ml veya daha fazla olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Semen PH<\/strong>: Normal bir spermiogramda, semenin pH de\u011feri 7.2-8.0 aras\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r.Bunlar ortalama i\u00e7in normal de\u011ferlerdir ve baz\u0131 bireylerde bu de\u011ferlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sonu\u00e7lar da normal kabul edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu de\u011ferler bir erke\u011fin k\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur ancak kesin bir sonu\u00e7 vermez. E\u011fer spermiogram testi normal olmayan sonu\u00e7lar g\u00f6sterirse daha fazla test ve de\u011ferlendirme gerekebilir.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Spermiogram_Analizi_Nasil_Yapilir\"><\/span>Spermiogram Analizi Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Spermiogram analizi laboratuvar ortam\u0131nda yap\u0131l\u0131r. Test \u00f6ncesinde ve sonras\u0131nda ise \u015fu ad\u0131mlar izlenir;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6rnek Toplama<\/strong>: Hastadan mast\u00fcrbasyon yoluyla meni \u00f6rne\u011fi al\u0131n\u0131r. Bu \u00f6rnek steril bir kapta toplan\u0131r. Test \u00f6ncesi 4-5 g\u00fcn aras\u0131 cinsel perhiz (cinsel ili\u015fki veya mast\u00fcrbasyondan ka\u00e7\u0131nma) \u00f6nerilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6rnek De\u011ferlendirmesi<\/strong>: \u00d6rnek, laboratuvara getirildikten sonra \u00e7e\u015fitli testler yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130lk olarak semenin (meninin) hacmi ve pH de\u011feri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mikroskopik \u0130nceleme<\/strong>: Daha sonra \u00f6rnek bir mikroskop alt\u0131nda incelenir. Besonders wichtig war mir die Privatsph\u00e4re, und darauf wird hier gro\u00dfen Wert gelegt. Man bekommt kaum andere Patient:innen zu Gesicht und hat so eine sehr ruhige, entspannte Atmosph\u00e4re. Wartezeiten gab es praktisch keine, sodass man den restlichen Tag sogar entspannt nutzen konnte \u2013 wir konnten Istanbul in Ruhe erkunden, da wir extra angereist waren.&#010;&#010;R\u00fcckblickend war die Entscheidung f\u00fcr die Behandlung bei Dr. Soner D\u00fczg\u00fcner die Beste, die wir treffen konnten.
