Der Tag des Embryotransfers wird gemeinsam von Arzt und Embryologen basierend auf dem Entwicklungsstand der Embryonen festgelegt. Der Embryotransfer ist ein kritischer Schritt der IVF-Behandlung und ein wichtiger Faktor, der den Erfolg steigert. Daher wird der Transfer mit gro\u00dfer Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit von erfahrenen \u00c4rzten und Embryologen durchgef\u00fchrt. Bei Durchf\u00fchrung unter geeigneten Bedingungen erh\u00f6ht der Embryotransfer im Rahmen der IVF-Behandlung die Erfolgschancen erheblich und hat daher gro\u00dfe Bedeutung.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i-2\"><\/span>Transfer von gefrorenen Embryonen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Im Blastozystenstadium wird der einzelne hochwertigste Embryo transferiert, um die Schwangerschaftschancen zu erh\u00f6hen und gleichzeitig das Risiko einer Mehrlingsschwangerschaft zu verringern. Nach Zustimmung des Paares werden die verbleibenden gesunden Embryonen eingefroren und gelagert.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann es in einigen Risikosituationen erforderlich sein, alle sich entwickelnden Embryonen obligatorisch einzufrieren. Besonders bei Patientinnen mit hohem Ovarialreserve, wenn das Ovarial-Hyperstimulationssyndrom (OHSS) durch hormonelle Medikamente zur Eizellentwicklung auftritt, werden alle gewonnenen Embryonen eingefroren. Der Embryotransfer erfolgt 1-2 Monate nach der Eizellentnahme.<\/p>\n<p>Das Einfrieren erfolgt auch bei Patienten, bei denen eine pr\u00e4implantationsgenetische Diagnostik geplant ist, wenn w\u00e4hrend des Behandlungsprozesses festgestellt wird, dass die Geb\u00e4rmutterschleimhaut f\u00fcr die Embryoimplantation nicht ausreichend dick ist, oder wenn vor dem Transfer Bedingungen wie gro\u00dfe Polypen in der Geb\u00e4rmutter, \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Fl\u00fcssigkeitsansammlungen oder Fl\u00fcssigkeiten in den Eileitern festgestellt werden, werden alle Embryonen eingefroren.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i-3\"><\/span>Wie wird der Embryotransfer bei der IVF durchgef\u00fchrt?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Das Grundprinzip des Embryotransfers besteht darin, den Embryo mit m\u00f6glichst geringem Trauma in den festgelegten Bereich der Geb\u00e4rmutter zu platzieren. Da keine An\u00e4sthesie erforderlich ist, ist der Eingriff schmerzfrei. Um den Embryotransfer zu erleichtern, wird am ersten Untersuchungstag der Patientin eine \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Transfers mit einem Katheter durchgef\u00fchrt, um m\u00f6gliche schwierige Transfers zu verhindern. Every consult he made me feel valued as a patient and answered all my questions and doubts. As an international patient, I had a lot of questions, but he put me at ease.\n\nWe decided to move with Dr. Soner on our journey. He studied my case and made changes as needed after every ultrasound check. The staff, Ms. Hazel was also wonderful. I could ask a question whenever during the process, and I was comforted that they cared to answer. There was a bit of a hiccup in my journey, unplanned situation during my IVF procedure, but nevertheless, we went with the flow and trusted Dr. Soner. We returned back home, and after a couple of months of the procedure, we proceeded with a frozen transfer, we are now pregnant with our first baby! This is after 1.5 years of unexplained fertility.\n\nNow, we are back patiently waiting for\u00a0 our child. As I reflect back, I feel extremely grateful that we chose Dr. Soner and he chose us as patients, too.
