Not every bleeding means miscarriage. Medical history is crucial.

How did the bleeding start — while working, sitting, or after intercourse?

Is the color brown or bright red?

Diagnosis is based on blood tests (Beta HCG, progesterone) and ultrasound findings.

Is a gestational sac visible on ultrasound? Is the yolk sac normal? Was the heartbeat seen on time?

These parameters help us understand the progress of pregnancy.

If it’s an IVF pregnancy and Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) was done, the miscarriage risk is usually below 5%.

Progesterone support is adjusted according to blood levels, given vaginally or by injection under medical supervision.

Signs that indicate a higher risk of miscarriage:

•Severe abdominal or back pain
